The Brokers Wine Bar is the home of the Lloyd’s Art Group where the club artists have a permanent display of their work and is now the City home of
ClubSonar. The soon to be formed London Market Wine Club will also be at home in the Brokers Wine Bar.

Leadenhall Market, which stands on the site of a Roman forum, has been a food market since the Middle Ages. The market gets its name from a lead-roofed
mansion that stood near here in the 14th century. At that time ’foreigners’, being anyone from outside London were given permission to sell poultry, and later
cheese and butter, on the site. The present arcaded building, with its ironwork façade, was designed in 1881 by Sir Horace Jones, the architect of
Billingsgate and Smithfield Markets. From our vantage point overlooking the heart of the Market we aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment for
you to enjoy whatever you choose from our menu and wine list. We are open for lunch and drinks from 11am.
We are, of course, perfectly positioned for afternoon refreshment breaks and because we are so central and easy to find we are the perfect venue to arrange
to meet new contacts. We just love to party and so we offer a private room for evening events.
